So how do we actually catch these?

Not with eyes. Every label is checked by machine at print time.

Group A · Weight
A physical check, not a visual one.
Fill and weight variance is caught by weight checks in the pack line. Different defect, different control. Never the eye.
Group B · Print
Omron label vision, at print time.
Wrong character, wrong weight, wrong font, shifted print, smudged barcode. Flagged as it prints. Every label, every run. Live in production today.
Group C · Label stock
The one almost nobody found.
A tired human at the end of a shift will not catch this. A camera checking every single label will.

And the part that matters beyond labels: GSK already runs a validated automated inspection step inside a GxP process. That is the precedent every future AI case needs.

Fastest times — all booths

One board shared by all three sites, ranked on score first, then time. Read the top name out now and again, it pulls a queue.

Answer key — cheat sheet

If the scanner stops working, or you never had one

1. Turn on the type-in box above (or press Ctrl+Alt+K). It sits bottom left. Key the code from the bottle label and press Enter.
2. Typing the code and pressing Enter works even with the box hidden. The box just makes it obvious.
3. Or turn on the on-screen buttons above and let the guest tap the screen instead.
4. The activity never stops for a hardware fault. Keep the queue moving.

Guess the Blind — test label sheet
The real bottle labels are produced centrally by Labelling, with no human-readable digits. This sheet is for testing the scanner and the app before the day. Print at 100% scale. Do not scale to fit, it breaks the barcodes. Test-scan all nine before the booth opens.
